Perceval Press is a small, independent publisher specializing in art, critical writing, and poetry. The intention of the press is to publish texts, images, and recordings that otherwise might not be presented.

Please remember that we will not accept any letters, gifts, or scripts for Mr. Mortensen. All correspondence that pertains to Perceval Press business will be considered, all unrelated letters or packages will be either donated directly to charity or disposed of immediately.
What is the submission policy at Perceval Press?
Please note that our office is not currently accepting submissions and we are unable to process or attend to unsolicited materials. Perceval Press and Perceval Pictures WILL NOT ACCEPT unsolicited manuscripts, film projects, or texts of any kind. Any unsolicited materials sent will not be opened, will not be returned, and will be discarded upon receipt.
How do you decide which books to publish?
To some degree, our decision depends on what we have in the works, and what we have recently published. We try to remain open-minded when considering submissions, knowing of course, that we are only able to publish about 12 books a year. We are not a large-volume publishing house, nor do we wish to be. We also work with an ad-hoc group of artists and writers who also present us with suggestions and projects.
Do you have a catalogue of your books?
No, Perceval Press does not print a catalogue–we feel that we already use enough trees as it is and prefer to keep our catalogue online.
Do you have a mailing list?
Currently we do not maintain a mailing list. The best way to find out about new releases is through the web site.
How do I purchase from Perceval Press?
When you find a book you are interested in, click the “add to cart” button and then follow the instructions. Buying online is secure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made with Visa or a MasterCard. The cards must be international credit cards.
Paying by money order is also possible. We ask that you fill out an order form online (add to cart) with all the requested information, including shipping address, print it, and send with the appropriate check or money order in US Dollars. Payment for orders from outside the U.S. can only be made using an international credit card.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the total amount during the ordering process
What is your refund policy?
Perceval Press does not accept returns for a refund–once a book has been opened and the shrink wrap removed we can no longer sell the book.
How will books be shipped?
Shipping is via US Post Office Priority Mail for domestic shipments (5 to 7 days) and Global Priority and Air Mail for International Shipments (7 to 10 days).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the number of books, the weight of the books, and the distance that they are being shipped to. To calculate shipping costs please fill out the online order form (add to cart).
Can I ship to a different location?
Yes. To ship to different location, please enter your credit card billing address in the Billing Information field, and then the delivery location in the Shipping Information field.
When will my book be shipped?
As soon as your order has been processed, your book will be shipped from the Perceval Press offices. In most cases, it will be shipped within two business days.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes. We accept international orders.
What if my goods arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the book or edition arrives damaged, you must notify us of the damage within a period of three days. In most cases we will replace the damaged book.
What if the book or edition I receive is not the one I ordered?
You may return your purchase within ten business days for a full refund. We require that the goods be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment.
How do I report problems I encounter on the site?
If you experience any difficulties or encounter errors, please don’t hesitate to email customer support at email@example.com the exact error messages returned, the time you experienced them, and the result of the error. We will endeavor to investigate the cause of the problem and rectify it immediately.
